The Sega Genesis was the original game, made in 1993. It was later ported to the Sega CD the same year and then to the Super NES in 1994.
Bill Walsh feature 24 teams from the 1992 season and 24 historical teams. Each match is played in four quarters of 10 minutes, each having a random weather condition. The current team compete against each other while the historical challenge themselves.
