Reptile Playthrough
In MK1, Reptile was a mix between Scorpion and Sub-Zero, having all their move and having a green suit (Since Yellow + Blue = Green). In MK2, he only keeps Sub-Zero’s slide, as all his other move are new to the game.
True to his name, Reptile is a reptilian creature that is disguised as a human. His face is revealed during his Acid Spit projectile and during his first fatality. He is also able to turn invisible until hit or until he performs the move again to return visible. Lastly, he has a unique, slow Forceball projectile that causes his opponent to launch in the air, allowing Reptile to perform combo.
his opponent to launch in the air, allowing Reptile to perform combo.
Against the CPU, Reptile will often use his jump kick/uppercut + slide and his Acit Spit, when far. His invisibility is almost useless, since the CPU know where you are anyway, and his second fatality is not present in the Game Boy Port. Early in the game, his Forceball will often hit the CPU, but it will mostly evade it later in the game.
