Liu Kang Playthrough

Liu Kang is introduced as a member of the Super Secret White Lotus Society. However, he leaves the organization in order to represent the Shaolin temples in the tournament. He is aware of Shang Tsung’s treachery and corruption and has strong belief over his will to stop him.

Liu Kang has two fast special moves. His projectile is a fast fireball and his second move is his Flying Kick. The latter move consists of launching toward his opponent with a jump kick. However, Kang is vulnerable if blocked.

Liu Kang fatality is very similar to the Arcade original. The main difference is that he performs very fast cartwheels before doing an uppercut instead of a single cartwheel.

Kang is very fast, but he doesn’t have the air priority to that most characters have. His fireball and his Flying Kick will be his main weapons. The CPU also seems to have difficulty to avoid the projectile and will get hit.
