Bill Walsh College Football
Bill Walsh College Football is the first game in the EA Sports’ NCAA Football games and the earliest one focusing on College Football across the USA. Using a modified engine of John Madden Football (Also known as Madden NFL when the NFL licensed was granted), it simulates a game of football with the College rules. The Sega Genesis was the original game, made in 1993. It was later ported to the Sega CD the same year and then to the Super NES in 1994.
Bill Walsh feature 24 teams from the 1992 season and 24 historical teams. Each match is played in four quarters of 10 minutes, each having a random weather condition. The current team compete against each other while the historical challenge themselves.
