Kitana playthrough
Kitana is a newly introduced character in Mortal Kombat 2, and she is the first of the many female ninja that would appear in most MK games that followed. Kitana is the princess of Outworld, adopted by Shao Khan under tragic circumstances. However, unlike him, she seeks pace in-between realms.
Her main weapon is her sharp Fan, and she is able to throw them, including in the air. She also has the ability to lift people with them, allowing her to perform juggles. Finally, she swipes her opponent with them. Outside of her fan, she borrows Sonya’s square punch and is mainly used as an anti-air.
Kitana is powerful against the CPU. The CPU will always get caught if it blocks her jump kick, but Kitana throw her fan right after. She can also do a huge corner combo with her Fan Lift, following by various moves (For example, jump punch, air Fan Throw, Jump Kick, Fan Swipe X2).
