Sektor Playthrough

Sektor is the first cyber-warrior conceived by the Lin Kuei, codenamed LK-9T9. He was once a human assassin trained by the clan and is actually the only one that volunteered to become a cyber warrior to prove his loyalty for the clan. Like Cyrax, its first task is to eliminate Sub-Zero.

Sektor is gifted special move that can be well combined together. He has his Straight Missile move that act as his projectile and flies fast toward his opponent. He can also do a Homing Missile that will try to follow his opponent in order to explode on him. His dangerous teleport punch is an excellent launcher that give Sektor a few seconds to enact his next strategy. 4 combos are in his arsenal. Two of them do significant damage and another one cause the opponent to be launched for combo possibilities.

Sektor can destroy any opponent controlled by the CPU. With good setup, he can use his Homing Missile once, wait for it to explode on his opponent and perform his Teleport Punch right away, causing a lot of damage in the process. He can combine his Homing Missile with his combo as well, since the CPU will often get caught in the process.

As a side note, Sektor can perform his Teleport Uppercut twice against Shao Khan, but not against any other character in the game. Having the same move, Smoke can do it as well. It is probably an oversight and not an intentional ability.
